This
year, as is customary for us, SFScon 2007 working days will be
accompanied by leisure activities. After all, South Tyrol is well
known for its typical restaurants, excellent wine and traditional
dishes!

SFScon DINNER (WALDSCHENKE)
“Waldschenke”
is a traditional tavern, one of the best places for autumn culinary
events. A genuine, rustic inn where traditional cuisine loving
gourmets meet to taste South Tyrol traditional dishes. We will be
offered a rich, wonderful menu:
the
farmer's barley soup;
The
South Tyrol speciality “Törggelen” (pork loin, smoked pork
chops and sausages with Sauerkraut, Knödel with Speck, salted
potatoes);
roasted
chestnuts with butter;
drinks:
1/4 litre of red/white wine or a soft drink or a beer (home brewed
in the inn).
Please,
let us know if you are vegetarian: we have arranged an alternative
menu for you!
